one last wafer thin.....

Matt and the boys decided to play a game of pool before we get back on our bikes so I have a few more min.
We are no longer running into people who say "Hey, are you that family from Davis...?" I guess the Sac Bee doesn't make it out to Nevada. We are running into other people doing the cross country bike trip thing though. My favorite so far is the father/son couple who flew from Virginia to SF and are riding home. The son is a college sophmore. They got a late start leaving SF because the son, Raleigh, got hit by a car in SF....unwittingly running a red light! He is fine but his bike needed major repairs. I told him that in San Francisco they will run you over even when you have a green light!
We are collecting signatures everywhere we go.
Well, this pool game is almost over so I'm going to saddle up my horse.

ps Sharon...thank you sooooo much for the vege's you sent with Betty. They are like treasures.
Matt has taken to calling our cytomax "crystal meth"..as in "we should fill our waterbottles up here and mix up some more of that crystal meth". Now that Ken is gone, Matt is funny again.
