The Petition

One more thing to add: The Petition. It is sometimes awkward to approach people about the petition when you ride into town because you are exhausted,only want a cold drink, and smell like exceedingly old cheese. But I try to approach at least a few people each day and -lo and behold- people are always interested in it, want to talk about it, and sign it. So while we won't have a million signatures, everybody from the bike shop owner listening to Rush Limbaugh to the tatooed prison motorcycle minister think we need to do something now. This is the message we will deliver to Congress.
